What troubles me is:
Obtaining ten-year stock market data and converting it into PD data is very slow. If Arrow format can be natively supported, I think the efficiency will be greatly improved

Parquet and Materialised Views are in-flight and shipping soon. Parquet export will allow you to more easily extract data for Pandas.
ADBC/Arrow are sequenced for afterwards, so potentially Q4 2024 or Q1 2025 depending on progress.
