User the lastest QuestDB server with java 1.8 client

I just install 8.0.1 server version. But my client code is restricted to Java 1.8. I want to use this API - Query & SQL Overview | QuestDB. But I don’t know it is supported or not for Java 1.8.

Postgres and HTTP should be fine.

We try to keep QuestDB compatible with Java 8.

If you encounter an issue, let us know and we can try to help you debug it!
